The registrations for the 44th Golden Gloves of Vojvodina U19 Tournament are still open until June 10
After the Belgrade Winner Tournament, the World Junior Nations’ Cup, the 44th edition of the Golden Gloves of Vojvodina U19 Tournament is the next top event in Serbia in four weeks.
The Serbians are very active hosting events in the first half of the year and their 44th edition of the Golden Gloves of Vojvodina U19 Youth Tournament will take place in the city of Subotica, Vojvodina, Serbia on June 22-29.
The Serbians hosted already the Nations Women’s Cup and the Belgrade Winner Tournament with great successes this year.
Boxers who were born in 2008 and in 2009 are eligible to participate in the upcoming Golden Gloves of Vojvodina U19 Youth Tournament.
The venue of the event is the Sports Hall in Subotica which is located in North Serbia near to the Hungarian border and the city is famous of its busy sports life.
The deadline for the final entries with all departure details is June 10 therefore all National Federations have still the right to register in the upcoming three weeks.
The Golden Gloves of Vojvodina has a bright tradition since 1980 and such stars as Geard Ajetovic, Egor Mekhontsev, Branimir Stankovic, Billal Bennama, Agnes Alexiusson, Martina La Piana and Sara Cirkovic all were award winners in the previous editions.
The upcoming event in Serbia will serve as preparation for the World Boxing U19 Championships.
