Sturm losses to Granit Stein in his farewell fight

Former five-time world champion Felix Sturm (45-7-3, 20 KOs) lost his last fight in his professional career. 47-year-old was defeated on Saturday night in Porsche-Arena, Stuttgart via split decision by Granit Stein (21-2-1, 11 KOs). Two judges scored the fight 95:94 and 96:95 for Stein and one scored the fight 96:93 in favor of Sturm.

Sturm made his professional debut in 2001. During the illustrious career he won the world title in middleweight and super-middleweight division.
