More than 570 boxers have already registered to the 15th King of the Ring Tournament but the deadline is October 25
The number of the registered boxers exceeded the 570 athletes for the upcoming 15th King of the Ring Tournament based on today but all of the National Federations and clubs have still the possibility to enter their delegations to the event in Boras, Sweden until the 25th of October.
Such strong boxers as France’s Hugo Grau, England’s Isaac Okoh and Netherlands’ Mahmoud Al Chabtoun became the King of the Ring in the recent years and trio are now strong members of the top international events.
The Swedish event will take place on its traditional competition venue in the city of Boras, Sweden between the 29th of October and the 2nd of November.
Several of the competitions will take place end of October in the busy calendar including the Eger Box Cup, the Tammer Tournament, the Hakija Turajlic Memorial and the big events like the U19 World Boxing Championships and the European U15 Boxing Championships.
The King of the Ring Tournament will guarantee the top quality of boxing, the friendly environment, the possibility to increase the experience of the boxers, the professional organizing and the quick problem solving skills from the LOC.
Mr. Ray Husac invented the Golden Girl and the King of the Ring more than 15 years ago and his strong commitment to boxing delivered these great worldwide-known brands.
The first edition of the King of the Ring Tournament took place still back in 2012 when Norway’s former national hero, Glodi Eneste earned the main belt.
Boras is a small town in South Sweden and the Goteborg Landvetter International Airport is only 30 minutes by car.
