Bank stops Ndjolonimu, wants world title fight next

Jacob Bank (19-0, 11 KOs) continued his impressive run. Bank on Saturday night in Kolding, Denmark stopped Namibia’s, Paulinus Ndjolonimu (20-2, 18 KO) in round five. The supermiddleweight fights was scheduled for 12 rounds and was eliminator for WBC World title fight. Bank dropped Ndjolonimu in round five with a strong body punch. "He has hands like a hammer, he can punch," Bank said in his post-fight interview before doubling down on what he wants next. "Everybody knows, I'm ready for the top. Give me the chance for a title fight. I'm ready." Christian Mbilli (29-0-1, 24 KOs) holds the WBC World title. In co-main event Constantino Nanga (15-0) defeated France’s Dylan Colin (14-3). Colin retired in corner after four rounds.
